Upon full payment for the project, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the approved final deliverables in their own business.
Trademarks, text, images, data, and other materials supplied by the client remain owned by the client or their respective rights holders, and are used by Oynta Studio solely to execute the project.
Frameworks, design systems, reusable components, and internal tools developed by Oynta Studio before or independently of the project remain its property and are not transferred; the client receives only the right to use them as embedded in the final deliverable.
Open-source libraries, fonts, icons, plugins, and paid third-party tools used in the project remain subject to their own licenses. Renewing paid third-party licenses after handover is the client’s responsibility.
Access to source code, repositories, and hosting credentials follows what is defined in the commercial proposal. When included, full repository transfer occurs after confirmation of the final payment.
Oynta Studio may feature the project — including screenshots, videos, and case studies — in its portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
This license does not authorize reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the deliverables as a standalone product or template to third parties, nor removing Oynta Studio’s authorship credit without prior agreement, where applicable.
The granted license is conditioned on full payment of the agreed amounts. In case of confirmed non-payment, Oynta Studio may suspend access, hosting, or usage rights until the situation is resolved.
This license may be updated to reflect changes in tools, processes, or applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page. Questions can be sent to contato@oyntastudio.site.
